Our Founders
The story begins with him.
Starting with the proprietorship firm Hindusthan Enterprises, Mr. Bhuwalka built the business brick by brick, forging relationships with manufacturers at a time when branded sanitary products were only just entering the Indian market. His deep understanding of retailer needs, his integrity-led approach, and the trust he cultivated with suppliers created the foundation for what would eventually become Bhuwalka Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

Over the years, he broadened the product portfolio, introduced institutional supply channels, and set up dependable logistics systems. Even today, he continues to steer the company’s financial decisions, vendor relationships, and long-term strategy—upholding the very values that shaped the original partnership firm.

Representing the next generation of leadership, Mr. Ashish brought a fresh perspective to a legacy business. With over two decades of experience in the trade, he has modernised procurement, introduced structured product management, and built a strong network across contractors, builders, and institutional buyers.

He has been instrumental in shifting the business from a purely trading approach to a more brand-led, customer-centric model. His efforts in strengthening partnerships with companies such as Jaquar, Kohler, Ashirvad, Prince Pipes, Varnora Tiles, and Century Ply have helped position the company as a multi-brand destination for high-quality building materials.
